Building Hiscox’s position in the small business arena.


The small business market is a very important one for Hiscox. In the last few years, we have worked with the firm to build its ‘DNA of an Entrepreneur’ report of 3,500 companies across Europe and the US into a substantial study. Our aim has been to produce a body of work of interest to Hiscox’s small business teams, as well as to customers, brokers and small business leaders. We also wanted to increase traffic from target businesses to Hiscox’s websites.


The media coverage has increased each year, both in the UK and internationally. We have also worked with Hiscox to build the study’s online presence with a dedicated website, as well as helping to keep audiences informed by writing blogs and using Twitter.


The study is now recognised as the most comprehensive of its kind and has given Hiscox an authoritative voice in the small business arena.
