We work with Hiscox, the specialist global insurer, to raise its profile in the small business arena. We have developed an annual study, the Hiscox ‘DNA of an Entrepreneur’ report, which receives widespread coverage through our promotional efforts.
We devised an international campaign which secured overwhelming support for the rescue of one of the world’s largest insurance insolvencies. In regular updates on the ‘run-off’, we reiterated the key facts to the changing cadre of media, keeping the complex messages as succinct as possible. We also devised and introduced an in-house newsletter to improve internal communications worldwide.
We worked with NatWest’s communications team on the high profile launch of the firm’s life assurance services. We also devised and managed a major arts project that created immense public interest and goodwill, and reinforced NatWest Life’s national brand and reputation.
As a fully-integrated part of its team, we undertook a major and highly sensitive communications programme for Pearl’s staff and customers. Our re-designed customer statements and letters led to a ‘Plain English Campaign’ award.
